The Community Visibility Audit
Give your board a clear starting point.
Review your website, social media, and visibility to prospective employers, visitors, and residents—and see which improvements deserve attention first. Three weeks. $4,500. A roadmap you keep.
Understand the picture.
Agree on what comes next.
We review your community’s online presence against your goals and three peer communities. You see the search results, website experience, social media activity, content, and AI-generated answers we observed.
We review the findings with your leadership team before presenting them to the board. The purpose is a shared set of priorities and a practical investment plan.
What your organization receives.
A prospect’s view of your community
A documented review of relevant search and AI answers, workforce and property information, contact paths, and the experience on mobile.
A website and content review
Findability, currency, usability, performance, and an initial accessibility review with prioritized issues. This is an assessment, not a certification.
A social media audit
Review your profiles, posting consistency, content quality, and audience engagement. Use available analytics to identify what is working, where there are gaps, and what to improve.
A coordinated view across partners
Review the relevant authority, tourism, municipal, and chamber channels for gaps, duplication, and conflicting information.
Media coverage and peer comparison
Assess discoverable coverage from the previous two years and compare three communities you select using the same framework.
A twelve-month roadmap
Priorities, recommended work, and cost ranges that can support budget planning and vendor evaluation.
A leadership review and board presentation
Walk through the findings together, resolve factual questions, and present the priorities to your board or council.
From a clear starting point to work that continues.
Understand the picture.
Review what prospective employers, visitors, or residents find. Compare three peer communities and identify the priorities together.
Make the case.
Review the findings with your leadership team before the board presentation. Keep the twelve-month roadmap and cost ranges.
Put the work in motion.
If you continue with Hallpass, agree on scope, approvals, reporting, and responsibilities before ongoing work begins.
Clear answers before you commit.
Can we use the audit with another vendor?
Yes. Your organization keeps the findings and roadmap. There is no requirement to purchase an ongoing program.
Does the audit commit us to a retainer?
No. The audit is a standalone $4,500 engagement. An ongoing program requires a separate scope and agreement.
What if we continue with Hallpass?
The full $4,500 is credited toward your first month when you start an ongoing program within ninety days of audit delivery.
What does our staff need to provide?
A ninety-minute kickoff, your goals and peer communities, relevant materials, and access needed for the agreed review. We set the leadership-review and board-presentation dates together.
How does purchasing approval work?
Follow your organization’s purchasing and approval process. We provide a written scope, pricing, and supporting vendor documents for your review.
Can you work around our board and budget calendar?
We discuss your meeting schedule, purchasing process, fiscal year, and our availability before setting the start date.
Start with a conversation.
Tell us your community, organization, and the decision you are trying to make. We can walk through a brief visibility example and explain whether the audit fits.
