Educational strategy · Documentary production
Noble needed to introduce regenerative agriculture education to farmers and ranchers weighing a change in how they worked.

Make the change tangible.
We developed educational content and a YouTube documentary series following Noble’s own transition on its ranches. Real examples gave producers a way to understand the practices and picture trying them.
The project grew Noble’s YouTube audience to more than 60,000 subscribers and its email list to more than 9,000 farmers and ranchers.
Audience totals reported in Hallpass’s original two-year project case study.

“They helped us take 75 years of agricultural expertise and package it for the digital age.”

Make the invitation personal.
The Welcome Home campaign paired acceptance letters with an emailed video message. The creative focused on the welcome and human connection students could expect at OU.
The connection to your community.
Recruitment asks people to imagine a future somewhere. An employer profile or a story about local life can help prospective residents understand who they would be joining and what makes that place distinctive.
