Platform, hosting, and maintenance

The Hallpass platform is licensed rather than sold as a client-owned custom codebase. Hallpass hosts and maintains it.

Content, access, and transition

The written agreement specifies content rights, account access, exports, and transition arrangements. Review these before signing.

Additional development

Custom work is $185 per hour against a written change order. Agree the scope and cost before work begins.

Accessibility monitoring

Available at $450 per month, including quarterly scans and platform-level remediation within the agreed scope. Scope and testing requirements should match your organization’s needs.

Ongoing program clients

Retainer clients receive a 20% discount on website builds. Builds and platform fees remain separate from the marketing program.

Connect the website to a living calendar.

Approved business, event, visitor, and resident information can feed the same operation that manages your channels. The program agreement sets the update responsibilities and frequency.
